Loss of a Good Friend and Mentor

Me and my family and friends are going to miss a great person and one of the best fisherman I have ever been in the boat with. With the passing of James "Coby" Hayes we will miss the friendship and all the knowledge that he has shared with us. Anyone who has fished with me and my guide service can say they have fished with "Coby" Hayes. Coby has been featured in many magazine articles and been in the spot light and has been historic with his accomplishments that most people will never know about. We will miss him very much and we wish the best for all his family and friends with the future. One thing we always look forward to was the big birthday dinner between my wife Betty, Donny Felton and Coby, as they shared the same birth date, he will always be with us. Coby was as much family to my wife and I as he was a tremendous friend.  |
